Do you take insurance?
I am a private-pay, out-of-network provider and do not accept insurance directly. However, I can provide a superbill upon request for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Please note that reimbursement is not guaranteed and depends on your individual insurance plan and benefits. If you have questions about your out-of-network coverage, I encourage you to contact your insurance provider directly.

What should I expect in counseling?
-
The first session will be an intake session where we will review in depth the challenges you’re facing that bring you to counseling. With this information, we’ll work together to come up with a treatment plan and create meaningful goals, a plan of how to achieve those meaningful goals. The details of what other sessions will look like is dependent on that plan we put together.
-
As your counselor, I’ll provide resources, tools to use, and psychoeducation to help you establish a firm foundation of emotional regulation that we will build from.
03
What are your fees?
Individual counseling sessions are $120 for 50-minute sessions. The initial intake session is $170 for an 80-minute session.
04
How long is a counseling session?
Our first individual session together, the intake session, is 80 minutes long. Each session afterwards will last 50 minutes, unless you specifically request and schedule an 80-minute session in advance.
